They step right in now without any difficulty. The non-slip surface provides security as well. Installation was straightforward following the instructions. Craig MajkowskiSolid, sturdy, great value, and easy to installReviewed in the United States on Aug 30, 2023I just installed these on my 2011 Chevy Silverado extended cab. Packaging was great and had no issues. Parts were all included. They fit perfectly and were easy to install. It took me about an hour to install. One thing I do recommend is not tightening up any bolts until after the brackets are installed and the running boards are loosely bolted to the brackets. They look good and I bounced my 200lb butt on them for a good period of time. Right now I highly recommend these running boards. We will see how they hold up to a Wisconsin winter.
